> some of you are born in Diaspora. Some of you are born in Eritrea and raised in Diaspora. Some of you know very little about Eritrea; yet, you proudly identify yourself as Eritrean. That is a commendable action. The Eritrean people appreciate your love for Eritrea and its people. They are counting on you to be part of a peaceful and successful Eritrea. However, IF you are following and advocating for the unjust PFDJ’s system without question, how do you think it is possible for you to be part of Eritrea’s future?

> Over the years, I spoke with some of you YPFDJ or non YPFDJ who visited Eritrea. Your outlook of Eritrea and the people has been very positive. Some of you were amazed by the Eritrean people’s mind, belief about education, self improvement and the questions they asked. Some of you were annoyed when they asked you: “How old are you? What grade are you in? Do you go to college? Why are you so fat? Some of you may think that Eritreans are rude to ask some of these questions. However, Eritrean people are not rude. Undoubtedly, most Eritreans are kind and honest people. When they ask you “why are you so fat”, they don’t mean to make fun of you. They are just saying why can you do something about it? They just know that when young people are given the opportunity, they can do any things. Eritrean people honestly believe that their children can compete with anybody in the world. This belief is shared by all Eritrean. Including the Eritrean family who lives in the farm land; who do not have a running water or electricity.

> YPFDJ in Diaspora, you are young handsome and beautiful, smart and capable of accomplishing any thing if you put your mind to it. It breaks my heart to see you when you are used as loose cannon. PFDJ has unclear motives and do not have the best interest of your future and the Eritrean people. YPFDJ, tell me what your name stand for? When there is no justice, how do you stand for justice? YPFDJ, Born or raised in Diaspora, you do face many different hardships and discrimination in your host country. For example, in the USA, if the civil right movement did not happen and someone did not pave the way for us the opportunity we enjoy today would not be possible. Thus, you should pave the way for the young people in Eritrea. But you are YPFDJ members, what good is that do for young Eritrean in Eritrea? The question you have to ask your self is what are my 10 reasons to support the PFDJ system? It is clear that you have a language barrier. But, have you ever questioned the PFDJ grownups’ motives? Have you ever ask why young people from Eritrea are fleeing the country? Have you ever asked why Eritrean people have no constitution in place? Have you ever imagine living in a country without a law? Have you? Have you asked the PFDJ grownups, why did the Eritrean government eliminate all free press? YPFDJ members, you realize that you are going to pay for the PFDJ grownups’ crime. Your excuse” I did not know” is not going to be good enough to save you. Long live technology. Technology is allowing us to communicate freely, to share our insight and save our future. We are asking you to ask questions when you are ask to be used as a snake head to spread PFDJ’s venom. I am not asking you to believe me. I am asking you to believe your intuitions and to have a sense of right and wrong. It is not right for you to be member of YPFDJ just because. PFDJ is an oppressive system which it is crushing the will of Eritrean people. PFDJ is not a club that you hang out with your friends. To be a member of YPFDJ, it will have serious implication years to come. It is not a good rational to join YPFDJ because your uncle is a PFDJ superior general.Would you kill someone because your uncle is killing? You are your own person and you should decide for yourself. You have to have a solid information and idea to stand by PFDJ.

> If you ask any PFDJ leader, what is PFDJ’s history? Is PFDJ a party? Why is PFDJ not interested in constitution? No one seems to have an answer. True story, about fifteen years ago I was approached by PFDJ member to join PFDJ. My first question was what is it? And what does it stand for? I was not asking literally. But I was asking what the measureable outcome of PFDJ is. I ask what is the different between independent thinking Eritrean and members of PFDJ young or old? For my surprise, the person had no answer for my questions. However, he had one question for me. He asks for my opinion how long do I think that Isaias should be in Power? Although I was young, his question bothered me. There I was, thinking that all that drama about PFDJ was something to do with the Eritrean people. Over the years it proved that PFDJ goal is not about Eritrea’s interest. My answer to him was that Isaias is one person and if it is humanly possible I care less if he stays in power for 100years. I made it clear that my demands from any Eritrean leader are: justice for all Eritrean, preparing our young for the future and caring for our people hear and now to preserve the future.

> Here are 10 points to think about your decision to continue support the PFDJ system:
> #1, do you believe demanding the Eritrean Government live up to its promise of freedom for all Eritrean is speaking against Eritrea or the Government?
> #2 do you believe it is acceptable for the Eritrean Government to control every aspects of public and private business?
> #3 is it fair for any Eritrean to be in prison for asking question or having a different view?
> #4 do you believe it is acceptable for our Government to refuse to implement the drafted constitution?
> #5is is fair for Eritrean families to micro manage their private lives?
> #6 do you believe in order to build a nation a generation or two have to be scarified?
> #7do you believe that it is possible to build a nation while allowing people to have a future such as competitive educational system and have a family?
> #8 do you believe it is acceptable for the Eritrean youth to be murdered without a trial for any crime?
> #9 is it fair for PFDJ around the world to dismantle our communities?
> #10 do you believe the slogan by PFDJ “ONE HEART, ONE COUNTRY!” is for real?
> I want you think hard and objectively about number 10. This is not humanly possible. If only one view or one heart is allowed there is no change or grow.

> Before you go and be a foot solder for PFDJ this independents day, I am asking you to think about the above ten points and think about the 300+ Eritrean young and old perished in the Mediterranean sea. I want you think the similarity between those victims and your own parents. Decades before, your parents were brave enough to escape similar and harsh treatment and they were lucky. The 300+ Eritrean were seeking liberty. They were looking for the power of choice in social, political and economical right. Sadly, the Eritrean government characterized their journey and death as death of shame. Fact, message via radio (paraphrase by me) “they risked their lives to look for a false hope of economical gain” (Eritrean Gove radio). The PFDJ government is so out of touch, arrogant and has no decency or sensitivity toward our people.

> YPFDJ members in Diaspora, those PFDJ recruiters are still around. Make no mistake; they know what they are doing. It will never be too late to ask question. Have lists of demands before you are sucked in deeper in to the unknown PFDJ plan. If your demands are not answered correctly, dump the stinking PFDJ and do your duty and stand with the Eritrean people. Be part of the future not the miserable and unworthy PFDJ system.
